Hi, I'm Li-Yuan!
Product designer based in Seattle, but Taiwan is home.

I design because I believe empathy can make the world better.

I thrive in the messy early stages of design—the part where the problem isn't fully defined and the solution doesn't exist yet. I'm comfortable sitting with ambiguity, running exploratory research, and synthesizing insights that eventually become a clear direction. My background in design research has taught me how to navigate uncertainty: I prototype early, test assumptions quickly, and let user behavior guide the path forward rather than forcing a predetermined solution.
